Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning

By booking a service with Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional experience for both parties.

Service Requirements

To perform your service efficiently, we require:

  • Access to a water source (hose with nozzle)

  • Access to an electrical outlet within approximately 50 feet of the vehicle

  • Safe and adequate space to work around the vehicle

If these requirements are not met upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once agreed upon. We recommend booking in advance, as availability is limited.

We will provide an estimated arrival window. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions, but we will communicate any updates promptly.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services

  • Final pricing may vary if the vehicle requires additional time, labor, or specialized treatment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods:

  • Venmo

  • Cash

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unsafe working conditions

Vehicle Condition & Results

While we take every measure to deliver exceptional results:

  • Some stains, scratches, oxidation, or damage may be permanent

  • Paint correction improves appearance but does not guarantee full defect removal

  • We will always provide honest expectations before and during the service

Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to your appointment.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle

  • Items stored in compartments, trunks, or under seats

Pre-Existing Damage

Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, upholstery, or mechanical components

  • Damage that becomes visible during or after cleaning (e.g., worn paint, loose trim, fragile materials)

Weather Policy

As a mobile service, weather may impact scheduling.

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions

  • We will coordinate a new time as soon as possible

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary

  • The vehicle poses a health or safety risk

  • Requirements for service are not met
