Welcome to Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning. By booking any of our cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a seamless, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

1. Service Agreement

Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides premium eco-conscious cleaning services to residential and luxury properties. By scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To maintain quality and fair scheduling for all clients:

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Free cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the service cost.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

  • If we are unable to resolve the concern, a full refund may be offered at our discretion.

4. Insurance & Liability

Maui Eco Luxe Cleaning is fully insured to protect you and your property. Our coverage includes:

  • General liability insurance

  • Workers’ compensation insurance

  • Property damage protection

We treat every property with the utmost care. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation of fixtures, or unsealed surfaces.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We deeply respect your privacy. All client information is handled with discretion and professionalism. This includes:

  • Personal and contact information

  • Entry codes or property access details

  • Preferences and service history

Your data will never be shared or sold to third parties.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice

  • Modify or discontinue service offerings

  • Update these Terms of Service as needed (with notice posted to this page)

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver an exceptional experience, we kindly ask that you:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time

  • Notify us in advance of any delicate surfaces or specialty materials

  • Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service

  • Disclose any health, safety, or environmental concerns relevant to your space
